The "Aston Villa", playing a wonderful season, has reached an agreement with head coach Unai Emery regarding the extension of the contract.
Journalist David Ornstein announces that the English club has extended the contract with the 52-year-old Spaniard until the summer of 2027, and it will be officially announced in the near future.
Interestingly, there have been recent reports that U. Emery was also interested in the "Bayern" club in Munich.
The same D. Ornstein adds that "Aston Villa" sees U. Emery as a very important detail of the project and would like the Spaniard to become a similar icon in the club as Sir Alex Ferguson was in the "Manchester United" team.
