Unai Emery commented on the situation regarding Granit Xhaka's future, from whom not so long ago Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang took over the captain's duties.
G. Xhaka has not yet been included in the Arsenal team's match roster after scandalously leaving the field in the match against London's Crystal Palace.
Having clashed with the club's fans, G. Xhaka may no longer play matches for Arsenal at all. Emery himself mentioned this.
"I don't know if he will ever play for our team again," the coach said. "If he is willing to help and continue to defend the honor of Arsenal, I think we will have a solution."
"If I decide that he is in the group with us and is ready to give 100 percent, a player of his caliber will certainly be needed for us.
Now the most important thing is to stay with him. We will continue working, but the club knows what I think about the situation and he knows it himself," Emery added.
