U. Emery signs a long-term contract with Aston Villa

After a 41-year hiatus, returning to the Champions League, the "Aston Villa" club took a significant step.

The Birmingham club announced that head coach Unai Emery has signed a new long-term contract that will run until 2029.

U. Emery, who led the team to the elite, has increased his salary, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.

The Spaniard, who is doing an excellent job in England, also attracted interest from Bayern Munich during the off-season.

In the Conference League, Emery led Aston Villa to the semi-finals, and in the Premier League, they finished fourth.
