London's "Arsenal" coach Unai Emery revealed at a press conference that the work of the "Gunners" in the summer transfer market is already done.
However, the new team manager would not oppose the possibility of further strengthening the squad if a "very good opportunity" unexpectedly arises.
During this offseason, the capital club has already delighted its fans by acquiring five new players: Stephan Lichtsteiner, Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Bernd Leno, Lucas Torreira, and Matteo Guendouzi.
"Usually in my career, big clubs don't close the door to acquiring a player," Emery said.
"Today we are satisfied with everything. Perhaps we can acquire another player if a very good opportunity arises to help us, but the club has already done a great job in buying players and I am happy about that."
According to the strategist, the team is likely to change only if someone leaves.
"We have acquired players we needed, and we will buy another player only if a huge opportunity arises," added Emery.
"Usually we think about young players, about their chances of staying with us or playing on loan at another team. We also think about players who were with us last year and whether we need them to stay with us."
"At this moment, I think the squad is full. We will acquire another player or two if the opportunity arises. Next month, we will acquire a player only if it is a great opportunity."
The London team will play their first friendly match against "Boreham Wood" this weekend.
