The Lithuanian Football Federation (LFF) invites sports specialists to participate in the special UEFA football management (CFM) courses.
The UEFA Academy and the IDHEAP department of the University of Lausanne have prepared the UEFA CFM (Football Management Certificate) courses, which provide a unique opportunity for representatives of all UEFA member countries to gain significant knowledge and skills in football management, enhancing professional qualifications and perspectives to study UEFA Academy programs.
This time, UEFA is organizing a program specifically for footballers who have recently finished their careers and are seeking new career opportunities in sports, or who are still continuing their careers.
The UEFA CFM course program includes training through live seminars and remote sessions, led by specialists in each area of football, ensuring the highest quality content.
"In Lithuania, the sports community has traditionally actively engaged in these trainings and takes the opportunity to participate in upskilling.
This time UEFA invites former and currently active footballers to participate in the training. We also believe that it is important to provide opportunities for footballers to remain in sports after their careers, so this training is a great step towards that,” said LFF President Edgaras Stankevičius.
The courses will start in January and will last for nine months, consisting of modules and live or remote seminars. Each seminar is dedicated to a specific area of football management that is important for individuals working in the football industry.
The training will include not only Lithuanian representatives but also participants from foreign football associations and clubs, allowing attendees to establish valuable contacts and share best practices.
Anyone who wishes to apply for the courses can do so directly in the UEFA system by clicking here. Here you will also find all the important information and the registration fee. The registration deadline is November 24.
