On Tuesday, the residents of Panevėžys will face an opponent who has already visited the „Aukštaitija“ stadium - in the first stage of the prestigious Old Continent qualification matches, they will confront the footballers of Helsinki HJK.

This is the most decorated and well-known club in Finland. In the local championship, the representatives of the capital triumphed a total of 33 times, while no other team in the country has a two-digit number of such won trophies.

„Panevėžio“ debut in the Champions League will take place on Tuesday, July 9. The match against the HJK team at the „Aukštaitija“ stadium will start at 18:30.
