In the UEFA Champions League, Munich's "Bayern" team faced a tough challenge.
On Wednesday, the German team tried to start the knockout stage of the tournament with a victory, but they faced a strong opponent away - Rome's "Lazio" club.
In an emotional match, only one goal was scored - the home team triumphed 1:0.
The decisive moment of the match was recorded in the 67th minute, when the visitors' defender D. Upamecano was sent off for a foul in the penalty area, and C. Immobile scored the penalty kick.
"Bayern" players controlled the ball 61% of the time, but they failed to show accuracy in shooting - all ten shots went wide of the goal. Meanwhile, "Lazio" hit the target four times.
