"UEFA expressed its disappointment with the violent scenes from the city of Marseille, as well as images from the 'Stade Velodrome' arena. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and has no place in football. We have started an investigation in which the Russian Football Union will have to answer," the report states. A decision on possible sanctions for Russians will be clarified on Tuesday.
