Security guard Tomas Huddlestone escaped punishment for hitting "Twente" player Marc Janko on the elbow during last week's Champions League match.
According to the Austrian national team striker, the 23-year-old Englishman did it intentionally. After the blow, blood poured from the nose of the Enschede team's footballer.
Nevertheless, after reviewing the incident, the UEFA commission decided not to punish Huddlestone.
