UEFA has started an investigation into Neymar's outburst on social media.

UEFA on Wednesday released a statement saying that they are starting an investigation into Neymar's remarks on social media after PSG's defeat to "Manchester United".

Due to injury, the Brazilian could not help his team in this series, and after an unexpected exit from the tournament, he did not hide his disappointment on his social media account, where he criticized the VAR system and match officials.

"This is a mockery. UEFA appoints referees who know nothing about football. It certainly wasn't a penalty kick. How can you fix a handball when the ball hits your back. Go to hell, all of you," Neymar wrote at that time.

It is still unclear when a final decision will be made regarding this action of the Brazilian.
