Known football clubs anxiously await the UEFA verdict. Next month, the Old Continent's football officials will announce a list of about ten teams that violated the Fair Play rules in the 2020-2021 season. According to "The Times", at least three Italian teams - Juventus, Roma, and Inter - are among the unfortunate ones. However, they face different levels of punishment. Rome and Milan teams have already agreed to cooperate with UEFA and have reached preliminary agreements. In contrast, Juventus has shown ambitions and refused to negotiate with the football organization. Furthermore, the Turin club still formally belongs to the Super League and refuses to leave the project. According to the media, teams that have violated UEFA rules could face different penalties: - warning; - reprimand; - fine; - deduction of points; - exclusion of revenues from UEFA tournaments; - ban on registering new players for UEFA tournaments; - limitation of the number of players registered for UEFA competitions, as well as restrictions on player expenses; - disqualification from the tournament and/or exclusion from future competitions; - revocation of titles or awards.
