UEFA has imposed sanctions on Belarusian football. This country actively contributes to the Russian military attack on Ukraine and has thus "earned" the punishment of European football officials. However, Belarusians have avoided such strict restrictions as the Russians. It has been officially announced that from now on, teams and national teams from this country must play their European tournament home matches in neutral venues, and spectators will not be allowed to attend matches.
