Ukrainians failed to stand out and finished their journey in the group stage © zumapress

On the thirteenth day of the European Football Championship, the national teams of Ukraine and Belgium met.

They ended with a draw of 0:0.

The first half was quite balanced and neither team had perfect opportunities to score.

In the second half, the Ukrainians could push forward, but were stopped by the reliable "Red Devils" goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois. As the match neared its end, Ukraine took initiative, but it was not enough for them to score a goal.

These drawn matches were not enough for Ukraine to advance to the quarterfinals, even though they collected four points in the group, just like the other teams.

It also became the first national team in the history of the European Championship that did not have enough points to advance to the next stage.
