Kai Havertz could change teams in London.
"The Athletic" journalist David Ornstein was the first to report that Arsenal made an offer to Chelsea for the 24-year-old German.
K. Havertz himself aims to change clubs in this mid-season. He is actively interested in Real Madrid, who are willing to pay 40 million pounds sterling.
Chelsea wants as much as 70 million pounds sterling for the German national team striker.
