"West Ham" team updated the information about the condition of forward Michail Antonio, who was involved in a horrific car accident.

It was reported on Saturday that the 34-year-old Englishman crashed his "Ferrari" into trees growing beside the road, and the vehicle was destroyed, while the player was taken to the hospital.

Firefighters had to work for almost an hour to extract the athlete from the vehicle. According to media reports, the athlete may have broken his leg.

The club confirms that M. Antonio was involved in a car accident.

"West Ham" reports that the player's condition is stable," the team wrote.

In this Premier League season, M. Antonio has scored 1 goal and made 1 assist in 14 matches.
