The Nations League ended in the CONCACAF (North and Central America) region.

In the CONCACAF Nations League final, the United States footballers triumphed dramatically, defeating Mexico - 1:0.

It was the seventh consecutive match in which Mexico failed to beat the USA footballers.

It was the third such tournament in this region. Each time, the Americans emerged victorious. Meanwhile, in Europe, the champions were different - Portugal, France, and now Spain.
