Before that, on October 7, a friendly match will be played away with Estonians. Before the matches, Lithuanian coach Valdas Urbonas encouraged his players. "The majority of Belarusians play in their local football league. We understand that the championship was not stopped there. We also understand that their players are known for their skill, but it is a challenge for us. We are interested in all opponents - both Estonia, Albania, and Belarus. All teams are interesting to us and we are following their national team lineups. We are modeling our lineup knowing what to expect from the opponents. On Tuesday we fly to Tallinn, on Wednesday we play a match against Estonia, after which we return and from Thursday we will start preparing for two consecutive Nations League matches.
