V. Valdesas hangs up his boots on the vine and enters the business world.

At 35, goalkeeper Victor Valdes has decided to end his career.

His entire career lasted 15 years, of which 12 were spent in the ranks of "Barcelona." With this club, the Spaniard won all possible titles.

However, he had to look for new opportunities due to a serious knee injury suffered in June 2014.

Valdes then found himself in Louis van Gaal's "Manchester United" team. However, he had few opportunities to play with the "Red Devils."

After leaving the Premier League, the veteran moved to Belgium, where he regained his form with Liège's "Standard" and prepared for the final season in England.

In the ranks of "Middlesbrough," the goalkeeper was one of the best players, but his efforts to survive in the top division were not enough.

This summer, Valdes was offered contracts with Seville's "Real Betis," La Coruna's "Deportivo," "Las Palmas," and Lisbon's "Sporting," but the former Spanish national team player decided to take a different path.

On June 9, celebrating his wedding, the goalkeeper, along with partners Rafa Coto and David Boja, founded a television production company called "Crazy4fun." They will have offices not only in Barcelona, but also in Abu Dhabi and London.

Furthermore, Valdes plans to host a television show where he will interact with his former football colleagues. The rights to the show have already been purchased by 12 countries, so the 35-year-old Spaniard will certainly have plenty to do beyond the field.
