"Liverpool" defender Virgil Van Dijk is once again enjoying football. Last weekend, the 30-year-old Dutchman appeared in an official "Reds" match after a very long break and helped the team to a 3-0 victory over "Norwich" away. "At the moment I haven't fully closed the chapter on 'returning to the field' yet. I'm still trying to build myself up and finish this process as quickly as possible. I wanted to play from the very first match of the season, because I felt that I needed it and it gave me the opportunity to move forward. I know my body and I know that I need to do many more things - I'm not a machine," said V. Van Dijk. "I can't immediately return to the field and enjoy 100% capacity. I trained hard for a long time until I felt confidence in my knee again."
