V. Wanyama wants to leave "Southampton"

Victor Wanyama does not want to play for "Southampton" club, according to sources from "Sky Sports".

Coach Ronald Koeman recently stated that no "Southampton" leader will leave the team this summer, and the Kenyan was informed that the club would like to extend his contract.

However, the former "Celtic" player informed his coach that he no longer feels happy in the club and sees his future elsewhere.

It is believed that Mauricio Pochettino's "Tottenham" club would like to acquire V. Wanyama, and the player himself would not be opposed to reuniting with his former coach.

It was Pochettino who brought the 24-year-old midfielder to the "Premier" league, acquiring him from "Celtic" club for about 12 million pounds two years ago.
