On Sunday, four more matches of the 3rd round of the Spanish "La Liga" championship were played.
The first match took place in Chichon, where the local "Sporting" team clashed with "Leganes". Two goals scored by the hosts in the first half allowed them to celebrate a victory with a score of 2-1.
A more intense and attention-grabbing duel took place between the teams of "Valencia" and Sevilla's "Real Betis". Cancelling the two-goal deficit in the final moments of the match, the "Beticos" eventually had to admit the opponent's superiority.
Ruben Castro put the visitors in the lead in the 38th minute, and Joaquin increased the advantage in the 54th minute. Before this goal, "Valencia" defender Enzo Perez was sent off the field.
It seemed that nothing would prevent the "Real Betis" team from achieving victory in this match, but the hosts showed character. Rodrigo reduced the deficit in the 75th minute, and just three minutes later defender Ezequiel Garay equalized the score.
However, the "Beticos" could not enjoy this result for long - in added time, R. Castro scored the winning goal for "Real Betis".
Other matches ended with victories for "Eibar" and Bilbao "Athletic".
