Spain's national team coach Vicente del Bosque was not surprised by the goalkeeper Iker Casillas' painful mistake in the Portugal championship, resulting in "Porto" losing 0:1 to the "Vitoria Guimaraes" team.
The experienced strategist assured that such setbacks happen to everyone and the player should not worry about his place in the national team.
"Yes, Casillas made a mistake, but the most important thing is that he will arrive at the European championship in good shape.
I think the player has already recovered from the mistake. All goalkeepers make mistakes, it's just impossible any other way," Bosque said.
"Usually Casillas doesn't face many attacks and shots on goal, so he should make an effort to maintain concentration," the coach insisted.
