Spanish champions Atletico Madrid football players lost another two points in the Spanish La Liga championship. On Sunday, Diego Simeone's players played a 2-2 draw with Villarreal as visitors. The guests took the lead after 10 minutes with a goal from Angel Correa, but Pau Torres equalized in the 29th minute. Alberto Moreno put Villarreal ahead in the 58th minute, but the result became level again in the 68th minute with a goal from Geoffrey Kondogbia. Neither team was able to extend their lead in the remaining time.
