On Monday, the last three matches of the first round of the Spanish "Primera" championship were played.
The league newcomers, the footballers of "Almeria" and "Villarreal", clashed with each other. The "yellow" team secured a minimal victory with a score of 2-3.
The goal scorers among the winners were Giovani dos Santos, Jonathan Pereira, and Sebastian Dubarbier, who scored an own goal. The unstoppable Rodri, on the other hand, scored twice for the opponents.
In the championship, Madrid's "Rayo Vallecano" won an easy victory. In front of their own fans, the capital team defeated last season's second division champions, "Elche", with a score of 3-0.
A goal-filled draw was recorded between Vigo's "Celta" and Barcelona's "Espanyol", ending in a 2-2 tie.
