On Saturday, the Vilnius club "Sportimos" on their own court crushed the 4th place winners of the 2006 LFF I League, Pakruojo "Kruoja" footballers, with a score of 6-0.
The Vilnius team had territorial and gameplay dominance throughout the entire match and threatened the visitors' goal multiple times.

The capital team played with different line-ups in both halves. In the second half, Vilnius included defender Andrėjus Sokolovas and goalkeeper Rinaldo, who had participated in a trial with "Šiauliai" earlier in the week.
It is worth mentioning that Vilnius played both halves with a lineup that would not be allowed in the "A League": in both the first and second halves, the team had only 4 Lithuanians and 7 foreign players on the field at the same time. In the "A League," only up to 6 foreign players are allowed on the field simultaneously.
