The leader of the FIFA ranking, the Brazilian national team, is considered one of the most realistic contenders to triumph in the future World Cup in Qatar.
However, the team's striker Vinicius is trying to push aside thoughts of favorite status and claims that the team will have to be equal to a particularly formidable opponent.
"It will be quite difficult. The best team is the one that will defend the title of world champion," the player conceded to the French national team.
"These will be special championships for both me and all Brazilians. After a long period, we finally have a strong team, and that is very important to us," said the striker.
Brazil will start the World Cup in Group G and will play against Serbia, Switzerland, and Cameroon.
