Former Bayern Munich defender Willy Sagnol says that the German champions could greatly benefit from Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann.
The Frenchman was one of the highest scorers in La Liga this season, scoring 22 goals in 37 matches.
Sagnol believes that Griezmann could be a replacement for the 32-year-old Franck Ribery.
"Griezmann fits Bayern and Guardiola's style," the former Bayern player told Bild.
"He is a very talented player and reminds me of Franck Ribery at the beginning of his career. He is even more disciplined than Ribery was. He also resembles Roy Makaay."
"He is a player who performs in the final third, which is exactly what Guardiola needs."
"I always support Bayern. If they want to know more about a player from France, they know who to call."
Griezmann moved to Atletico from Real Sociedad for 30 million euros just last summer, but he is already being linked with a much more expensive move to Chelsea in London.
