Mauro Icardi's wife and football representative, Wanda Nara, revealed that the striker had received several offers this summer, but the option of Paris Saint-Germain seemed the best to them.
M. Icardi traveled to Paris on the last day of the transfer window, where he will spend at least one year. In the summer, PSG will have the option to buy the player for 70 million euros.
Wanda played a significant role in M. Icardi's departure from Inter Milan, as she stirred up the entire Inter management due to the conditions of a new contract.
"PSG was the best choice, so Mauro and I accepted it," Wanda wrote on Twitter.
"Although there will be more competition here, the club itself is of the highest level, so our family is proud of this step Mauro has taken," added the woman representing the Argentine.
