As the European U19 Girls' Championship in Lithuania approaches, the Lithuanian Football Federation invites volunteers to register for work at the championship.

The 2024 UEFA U-19 girls' football championship is a historic sports event, organized for the first time in Lithuania.

There are several main areas of volunteer work:

Stadium operations volunteers work at the match venue hotel (on setup and teardown days) and at the match venue (on match days). They oversee the offices and assist the venue manager (LOS and UEFA) in various tasks related to logistics and venue operations.

Media volunteer assists the media manager in ensuring professional working conditions for local and international media, representing the tournament in a friendly and professional manner, providing necessary services and information to media representatives.

Match organization volunteers help the UEFA match director ensure that matches are organized to high standards, working with participating teams and officials. Volunteers help ensure excellent sports facilities related to the playing field and changing rooms and stick to the agreed timetable for the countdown to match start.

Doping control volunteer performs the role of an escort - they are informed of the player assigned to them from those selected for doping control, and accompany the player from the moment they are notified until the doping test is completed. This role is highly responsible and requires professionalism.

Hospitality and VIP volunteer represents the tournament in a friendly and professional manner in the VIP hospitality area at the match venue, creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable atmosphere for guests.

Entertainment responsible volunteer for spectators must represent the tournament in a friendly and professional manner, assist the ticket sales and security and safety team at the stadium, directing spectators to the entrance and ensuring that spectators have the best possible experience on match day.

Ticket and accreditation volunteer must represent the tournament in a friendly and professional manner, assist the ticket management team in ticket sales and distribution operations, and help the organizing team in the accreditation distribution process.

Youth program volunteer is responsible for the selected children's consent, instruction, entertainment, and accompanying them on match days along with local staff. Youth program volunteers coordinate children (aged 6 to 18). Ceremonial and Youth program volunteers represent the tournament in a friendly and professional manner at each stadium. They assist the local ceremonies director in smoothly conducting opening and award ceremonies at each match venue and create a pleasant atmosphere and memorable experience for fans.
