The German soccer league (DFL) followed the path of other major European championships - the "Bundesliga" matches have been canceled.
The "Bundesliga" today confirmed that the 26th matchday matches will take place as planned, and the championship itself will be suspended until April 2nd immediately after this weekend.
This decision has caused some players' dissatisfaction. One of those who is not indifferent to the situation is the representative of Munich's "Bayern," Thiago.
"This is incomprehensible. Please stop fooling around and come down to earth. Let's be fair, there are much more important priorities than sports," the footballer wrote.
On Friday, England and France suspended their championships, followed by Spain yesterday, and earlier - Italy. Smaller championships, such as those in the Netherlands and Portugal, have also suspended their activities.
