London's "West Ham" match against "Burnley" was interrupted several times due to the invasion of fans onto the pitch, and the capital club's security guard Mark Noble had to tackle one of them himself.
Before the match, the "Hammers" were only three points away from the relegation zone, so the fans supporting them constantly expressed displeasure with the club's management.
Many of them tried to confront the owners David Gold and David Sullivan face to face, and after Ashley Barnes' goal, the players eventually had to endure the anger of the fans.
The match was halted until the security and "West Ham" players dealt with the situation.
However, the match had to be interrupted again after Chris Wood's precise strike, when "Burnley" extended their lead to two goals. Wood scored a double before "Hammers" goalkeeper Joe Hart could stop him, but the forward was tackled.
In the 85th minute, the "West Ham" owners left their seats, and the situation in the stands became so chaotic that the away substitutes gave up their seats on the bench for children.
In a statement released on Saturday evening, the club announced that an investigation has been launched into all the incidents that occurred.
