The last days of the "West Ham" transfer window were very intense.
During them, the club tried to say goodbye to Maxwell Cornet, Said Benrahma, and Pablo Fornals. In the end, they managed to part ways with the latter two players. However, everything was not that simple.
Due to an error, "West Ham" did not manage to arrange the documents in time. Only thanks to the FIFA exception, Benrahma moved to "Lyon," and Fornals went to "Real Betis."
The Seville club paid 8 million euros for P. Fornals.
Benrahma left on loan basis, with a 12 million buyout option after the season.
