England's FA continues to actively search for a new national team coach.
"Sky Sports" reports that a conversation was held with "Leipzig" sporting director Ralf Rangnick.
The 58-year-old German has previously worked at clubs such as "Stuttgart" and "Schalke 04".
It is said that this specialist was a real candidate to take the vacant position after Roy Hodgson's departure, but then Sam Allardyce was chosen.
Among the contenders are also mentioned Eddie Howe, Gareth Southgate, and Arsene Wenger.
