The defending champion "Liverpool" will play against the impressively performing "West Ham United" in London on Sunday. The Liverpool players finally scored three points after losing five games in a row. They beat London's "Tottenham Hotspur" 3-1 in an away match. "Liverpool" remains fourth - 37 points after 20 matches. "West Ham" has now celebrated four consecutive wins. The "Hammers" have not experienced defeat in their last two matches and moved up to fifth place. They have 35 points from 20 games. In the first round, "Liverpool" defeated their opponents 2-1.

The league leader "Manchester City", who have 41 points after 19 matches, will face "Sheffield United" at home on Saturday. The "City" are playing impressively. They have won seven matches in a row, not leaving space for defeats in their last 11 games. "Sheffield" won only their second victory of the season last round and are at the bottom of the standings - 8 points after 20 matches. In the first round, "City" triumphed 1-0.
