Yann M'Vila has not yet become an official player of London's Tottenham.
As reported by the BBC, the club coached by Andre Villas-Boas has only offered 12.7 million pounds for the Frenchman (with possible add-ons), while the team "Rennes" would like at least 15 million pounds.
It is also reported that the 22-year-old midfielder is being looked at by another Premier League club, but it is not Arsenal.
Earlier, Y.M'Vila rejected offers from the clubs Zenit St. Petersburg and Shakhtar Donetsk.
If the Frenchman does become a Tottenham player before the transfer window closes, it is speculated that the club may also lose Rafael van der Vaart in the coming days, who is interested in the possibility of returning to Hamburg.
