Z. Ibrahimovic: "If I leave MLS, nobody will remember this league"

Zlatan Ibrahimovic possibly played his last game in the United States last night.

The 38-year-old footballer representing Los Angeles Galaxy lost their conference semifinal to another Los Angeles city team and ended their journey in the MLS championships.

Z. Ibrahimovic scored one goal, but the "Los Angeles" team triumphed with a score of 5:3.

There have been a lot of reports in the media lately about Ibrahimovic returning to play in Europe. Possible career destinations include "Napoli" and Milan's "Inter".

The striker, who has a contract with the Galaxy until the new year, hinted at a potential departure after his last game, sprinkling salt on the wounds of the American football league.

"If I stay here, it will be good for the MLS because everyone watches this league only because of me," Ibrahimovic said. "But if I decide to leave, no one will even remember this league anymore."

After the game, on his way to the locker room, Ibrahimovic also managed to get into a small conflict with one of the opposing team's fans.
