"Manchester United" sniper Zlatan Ibrahimovic is happy that his teammate Paul Pogba is finding his game and he describes the poor start as a burnout.
The Frenchman became the most expensive footballer of all time this summer, when the "Red Devils" paid over 100 million euros to Juventus for him.
So, it's no wonder that he is under a lot of pressure and fans expect great football from him.
"I think it is really difficult to compete or adapt to a different environment, but he is a phenomenal player," - Ibra told ESPN Brasil.
"I think when Paul arrived, at the very beginning, let's say in the first month with 'United', he wanted too much to show that he is worth the transfer and play as he knows."
"Once all that cooled down, he started playing as he can, and made life easier for himself, because he had nothing to prove, as everyone knows who Paul is, what he did for the last three or four years at Juventus and what he is capable of, and now he plays more like Pogba."
"He doesn't have to prove anything, he just needs to enjoy the game and help the team, which is what he does. So now he plays as a mature player and you see the results."
So far, in 17 "Premier League" matches, Pogba has three goals and assists each.
