Zinedine Zidane joked at a press conference about reports that Isco will be forced to leave Real Madrid after this season.
Just recently, "AS" reported that Zinedine Zidane is not satisfied with Isco and his style of play, so the Frenchman decided that after the season, they will have to say goodbye to the Spaniard.
The reports immediately seemed funny, because it is not Isco, but Z. Zidane himself who is currently more concerned about his future in the Real team, where he will face PSG on Tuesday.
"These reports are complete lies," the coach immediately said. "I want Isco to spend his entire career in the Real club. That will never change."
"He is a great footballer - he has always shown that and will continue to do so. The rumors about Isco's future are completely made up," added the Frenchman.
The rumors also clash with logic, as Isco has played the most matches under Z. Zidane in Spain's top league - 66 matches, 44 appearances in the starting lineup, 17 goals, and 16 assists.
