One of the most famous footballers in French history, Zinedine Zidane, is not eager to take on a coaching job again.

The 52-year-old celebrity has joined the ranks of the unemployed since 2021 and does not intend to change his stance in the near future.

As reported by the French media, the legend has decided to dive into a new activity.

Z. Zidane has become interested in the rapidly growing sport of padel and has already invested 5 million euros in the construction of a padel base in the city of Toulouse.

The new sports center will feature 13 padel courts, two small football fields, and beach volleyball courts.

It is noted that in doing so, Z. Zidane has followed in the footsteps of Cristiano Ronaldo and Zlatan Ibrahimović, who have also invested money in this increasingly popular activity.

It is estimated that there are more than half a million amateur padel enthusiasts in France alone.
