Former Madrid "Real" star Zinedine Zidane admits that he is not yet ready to become the coach of this team.
Talks about the dismissal of the current "royal" club strategist Rafa Benitez intensified after a 0-4 home defeat to the arch-rival "Barcelona," when the team was booed by their own fans.
Currently leading "Real Castilla," the Frenchman is considered a favorite to take over the main team, and another legendary footballer Rivaldo recently expressed support for his candidacy.
"I am the coach of 'Castilla,' and Benitez is coaching the first team. At the moment everything is fine," said Zidane.
"If I stay at the club, I will continue to be the 'Castilla' strategist. At the end of last season, I still felt that I was lacking something to take over the main team," he added.
"I am taking things slowly and not rushing anywhere. The most important thing is to enjoy what you do every day. Right now, I am with the 'Castilla' team."
