Z. Zidane: "I think I have improved as a coach"

Zinedine Zidane believes that over the course of four years, coaching the Madrid "Real" team, he has accumulated a lot of valuable experience.

The Frenchman who won the UEFA Champions League three times in a row last season took a small break, but after facing some problems, returned and, as this season's results show, step by step is returning the team to the path of victory.

"I think so," Z. Zidane answered to the question if he is now a better coach than before. "In life, you always learn from people who are close to you. I listen to them and it helps me improve as a coach."

"In those eight months when I wasn't in the club, I think I changed. The team remained the same, and there were problems, which cannot be denied, but every team faces that, especially one that has won so many titles," continued the strategist.

Talking about the Spanish Super Cup final, where Madrid "Atletico" will meet, the Frenchman added: "These are important matches, the players are ready and determined to fight for the title. We want to win all the tournaments we play in."
