The head coach of Madrid's "Real" Zinedine Zidane stated that he would gladly continue working at the club next season, but in football everything changes so quickly that the strategist is still not completely sure about it.
The Frenchman, who led the capital's team to the top of the UEFA Champions League for the second consecutive season, is not demonstrating the best results this season, but he is still among the contenders to reach the final of the Champions League.
According to the Spanish press, Z. Zidane has the full confidence of Florentino Perez, so even if he does not win the Champions League this season, the strategist would be left on the coach's seat, but this decision essentially depends only on Z. Zidane himself.
"Yes, I would like to continue working at 'Real' club," said the coach. "In my opinion, nothing has ever changed. I love football, enjoy what I do and know where I am."
"But you all know what football is like. Without a doubt, my goal is to stay at 'Real' club for as long as possible. I have said it many times," added the 'Real' legend.
Also, Z. Zidane responded to Isco's comment that he does not receive the same trust at 'Real' club as he does in the Spanish national team.
"I am happy with his performance against Argentina. His words do not hurt me, because everyone interprets them differently. I spoke with him about his role in the team. The problem is not him or his game - the problem is that I have 25 players and only 11 of them can play in the starting lineup.
This concerns every player, as everyone wants to play as much as possible. Isco is a 'Real' player and he will stay here next season."
