Zinedine Zidane, who held a press conference before the first game of the season, says he is satisfied with the squad he has.
Zidane immediately refused to talk about Neymar and Paul Pogba during the press conference and added that he trusts all the players who are in the team.
The coach had previously stated this summer that the club was working on selling Gareth Bale, but now confirmed that Bale will stay.
"At first, it seemed like he would leave, but now he is with us. These things are unpredictable, but we trust him, as well as the other players. He has a contract with the club and is an important player. I think every player will do everything to make it difficult for me to choose the starting eleven," Zidane spoke positively.
The Frenchman also confirmed that James Rodriguez is likely to stay in the team, who returned this summer after a loan agreement, but has not yet appeared in any matches.
"James is ready to play and I am very happy to have him in my squad. I trust all the players who are in the team. They are also happy to be here," added the Frenchman.
Real Madrid will start their performance in the Spanish championship on Saturday with a match against Celta Vigo.
