The legend of the French national team, Zinedine Zidane, says that Real Madrid carefully monitors the progress of Liverpool's star Raheem Sterling.
The future of the English player is being discussed after he said in an interview with BBC Sport that he does not want to appear as a "money-grabbing twenty-year-old" and therefore does not rush to extend his current contract with the Reds, which is valid until 2017.
"We know who Raheem Sterling is, and of course we are watching him as a player," Zidane told Daily Mail.
"There are very few footballers in the world who can strengthen the composition of Real Madrid, so it is natural that we are looking at the best young players on the planet."
"We have been watching Bale for more than a year, the same goes for Isco and Varane."
