Z. Zidane: "There will be no doubt about the main goalkeeper next season"

Real Madrid's coach Zinedine Zidane claims that next season there will be no situation with goalkeepers like there was this season. Last season, after Zinedine Zidane left, Florentino Perez brought Thibaut Courtois to the club. He soon outperformed Keylor Navas, who became the Belgian's backup. Upon Z. Zidane's return, K. Navas returned to the goal, and the third team goalkeeper, Luca Zidane, also got his chance. Thibaut Courtois is currently recovering from an injury, but the coach previously hinted that everyone will get their chance. According to Z. Zidane's words at a press conference, Real Madrid will bid farewell to either T. Courtois or K. Navas next summer. "I have spoken with the club and have already stated what changes I want. We have already started some work. At the end of the season, everything will be announced publicly. It is obvious that changes will be made next season, but now is not the time to talk about it. We must respect the players who are currently with us," said Z. Zidane. Then the coach mentioned the goalkeeper situation: "We will see how the minutes will be distributed among them next season. I want clarity about the goalkeeper position so that unnecessary discussions are not created. I know that the press can name those players I don't want, but the truth is that I like all of them," continued Z. Zidane. When asked about Raphael Varane's desire to leave the club, the coach replied that he knows nothing about it: "He hasn't told me anything. If he's tired of something, it's understandable. Nevertheless, I can't imagine Real without Varane. He is still young and has been playing in the team for eight years."
