Zlatan Ibrahimović will not play for AC Milan next season

Zlatan Ibrahimovic does not intend to extend his contract with AC Milan. This information is provided by SportMediaset.

The footballer's contract expires on June 30. The player from Sweden was dissatisfied that the sports director, Croatian Zvonimir Boban, lost his job in the team.

On Thursday evening (March 19), 38-year-old Z. Ibrahimovic flew from Milan to Sweden. It is speculated that the player will not return to Italy in the near future.

In the Serie A championship, Z. Ibrahimovic played 10 matches, scored 4 goals, and made as many assists.

The former Swedish national team striker joined AC Milan in November from the Los Angeles Galaxy team (USA).

SportMediaset states that either Z. Ibrahimovic will end his football career or move to Napoli, where his friend Gennaro Gattuso is the coach.

AC Milan's training sessions have been suspended until March 23 and it is likely that quarantine will be extended.
